Accounts and trials

Free trials run for 30 days and may be cancelled at any time. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.

Acceptable use

Do not use our tools to produce unlawful, misleading or infringing content, to attempt to reverse engineer the platform, or to resell access without a written partnership agreement.

AI-generated output

Output is a starting point, not a final deliverable. You are responsible for reviewing accuracy, tone and compliance before publishing or sending anything produced with our tools.

Intellectual property

You retain rights to the content you submit. FreshView retains rights to the platform, our data library, methodologies and materials.

Services engagements

Consulting, technology and AI engagements are governed by the statement of work signed for that engagement, which prevails over these terms where they conflict.
