This Privacy Policy applies to all FreshView websites, domains, applications, products, and services. This Policy does not apply to third-party platforms, websites, or services that may be accessed through the Service. These third parties operate independently and are governed by their own privacy policies. FreshView is not responsible for the privacy practices or security of third-party services.

2. Processing Activities Covered

This Policy applies when you: create or use a FreshView account, use FreshView applications, tools, or services, visit FreshView websites that link to this Privacy Policy, connect third-party accounts or platforms to the Service, communicate with FreshView regarding the Service.

3. Personal Data We Collect

3.1 Personal Data You Provide

We may collect Personal Data that you voluntarily provide, including:

Account Information including Name, Email address, Organization name and Account credentials. Billing and Payment Information including Billing address, Contact information and Payment details (processed by third-party payment providers). FreshView does not store full payment card numbers. User Content including information submitted to the Service for analysis or processing, including: uploaded documents, communications content, marketing or fundraising materials and analytics inputs. Communications information provided through support inquiries, feedback forms, or communications with FreshView.

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you interact with the Service, we may automatically collect technical and usage information, including: IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, log files, usage statistics and interaction data within the Service. This information is collected through cookies, server logs, and similar technologies.

3.3 Information from Third-Party Services

FreshView may receive information from third-party services when users connect external accounts or platforms to the Service. These services may include: social media platforms, analytics providers, payment processors, authentication services, email platforms and marketing platforms. Data received from third parties is processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the applicable third party’s policies.

3.4 Data Collected from Social Media Platforms

FreshView may allow users to connect or analyze content from third-party social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social networks. When a user connects a social media account or requests analysis of public social media content, FreshView may collect and process certain information from those platforms, including: public page or account information, public posts and associated content, post timestamps, publicly visible engagement metrics (such as reactions, comments, or shares), media metadata associated with posts. This information is used solely to provide analytics, benchmarking, and insights within the FreshView Service. FreshView accesses social media data only to the extent permitted by the user or allowed by the platform’s policies for public content access. FreshView does not access private messages, personal timelines, or non-public content unless a user explicitly authorizes such access through the platform’s authentication process. Data obtained from social platforms remains subject to those platforms’ terms and privacy policies.

4. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

FreshView processes Personal Data for the following purposes: Providing, operating, and maintaining the Service; Authenticating user accounts; Processing payments and managing subscriptions; Delivering analytics, benchmarking, and insights; Analyzing authorized or public social media content; Improving product functionality and user experience; Maintaining security and preventing fraud; Complying with legal and regulatory obligations. Where required under applicable law, FreshView relies on one or more of the following legal bases: user consent; performance of a contract; legitimate business interests; compliance with legal obligations. If consent is withdrawn or required information is not provided, certain Service features may not be available.

5. Cookies and Analytics

5.1 Cookies

FreshView does not sell Personal Data. We may share Personal Data in the following limited circumstances.

When users connect or interact with social media platforms through the FreshView Service, those platforms may receive information about the interaction in accordance with their own privacy policies. FreshView does not control how third-party platforms collect or use data once it is shared with them.

7. International Data Transfers

FreshView operates primarily in the United States but may process data in other jurisdictions. Where Personal Data is transferred internationally, FreshView implements appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.

8. Data Retention

FreshView retains Personal Data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law. When Personal Data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it. FreshView may retain aggregated or anonymized analytics data, including insights derived from social media or marketing data, for benchmarking and product improvement purposes.

9. Security Measures

FreshView implements administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Personal Data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. These safeguards may include: access controls; encryption; monitoring and logging; secure infrastructure practices. Despite these safeguards, no system can guarantee absolute security.In the event of a data breach, FreshView will notify affected users and authorities where required by law.

10. Children’s Privacy

FreshView does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 16. If we become aware that such information has been collected without parental consent, we will take steps to delete it.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your Personal Data, including: the right to access your data; the right to correct inaccurate information; the right to delete your data; the right to restrict or object to processing; the right to data portability; the right to withdraw consent; the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority. FreshView does not sell Personal Data.

FreshView may require identity verification before fulfilling certain requests.

13. Social Platform Data Deletion Requests

If you have connected a social media account (such as Facebook or Instagram) to FreshView and wish to remove associated data, you may do one of the following:

  1. Remove FreshView from your connected apps within your social media account settings, or

  2. Contact FreshView at privacy@freshview.ai with the subject line “Social Platform Data Deletion Request.”

Upon receiving a valid request, FreshView will delete the associated social platform data from our systems within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law. Users may also manage app permissions directly through their social media platform’s account settings.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

FreshView may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Policy.
