How we use information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver engagements, provide and improve the platform, and communicate about your account. We do not sell personal data.

Client content and AI processing

Content you submit to the platform is processed to generate plans, drafts and analysis for your organisation. We do not use identifiable client content to train models for other customers. Human review remains part of every workflow we recommend.

Retention and security

We retain data for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations, and apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect it.
