Terms & Conditions: Customer Advisory Board

By creating an account or accessing the FreshView platform as a Customer Advisory Board (“CAB”) participant, you (“Advisor”) agree to the following terms governing your participation in the FreshView Customer Advisory Board.

1. Purpose of Participation

The FreshView Customer Advisory Board exists to provide informal, non-binding feedback on FreshView’s products, features, benchmarks, and use of artificial intelligence in nonprofit fundraising and communications. Participation is advisory in nature only.

2. No Employment, Partnership, or Compensation

Participation in the Customer Advisory Board does not create an employment, contractor, partnership, joint venture, agency, or fiduciary relationship between Advisor and FreshView. Advisor is not entitled to wages, fees, equity, benefits, or other compensation. Complimentary access to the FreshView platform is provided as a courtesy and does not constitute compensation.

3. Voluntary Participation

Participation is voluntary and at-will. Advisor may discontinue participation at any time. FreshView may suspend or end advisory participation at its discretion, without notice or obligation.

4. Feedback and Intellectual Property

Advisor may provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, or recommendations (“Feedback”) to FreshView. Advisor agrees that FreshView may use, modify, implement, or incorporate such Feedback for any purpose, without restriction or obligation to Advisor. Advisor retains ownership of any pre-existing intellectual property.

5. Confidentiality

Advisor may have access to non-public information regarding FreshView’s products, roadmap, benchmarks, or operations (“Confidential Information”). Advisor agrees not to disclose or misuse such Confidential Information, except as expressly authorized by FreshView or required by law.

6. Public Representation

Advisor may not represent themselves as an employee, agent, or spokesperson of FreshView. Participation in the Customer Advisory Board does not imply endorsement. FreshView will not publicly use Advisor’s name, title, or organization without Advisor’s prior consent.

7. Governing Law

These Participation Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

8. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing the FreshView platform, or participating in Customer Advisory Board activities, Advisor acknowledges and agrees to these Participation Terms.
